Lovely 14K &18K 20 Chain with SOLID Gold $5 Coin Necklace Surrounded by Diamonds

I believe this 1/10 oz. Fine Gold coin is from 1990 (MCMXC) This necklace has a lovely 20 rope chain with a latch that might be considered a lobster clasp? Anyway, when I was photographing the item a tiny piece fell off the latch which I will be including with the necklace. I took this item to a shop and they told me it was Both 14k & 18K but I forgot to ask what part was what. I was also told that the diamonds surrounding the gold coin are REAL. This is a truly fabulous item to own and would be a wonderful keepsake. All my sales are final with NO exceptions. Thanks for looking at my items.
