Pricing or Typographical Errors We work hard to provide accurate Product and pricing information to you. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Risks All investments involve risk; Coins and Bullion are no exception. The value of a Bullion Coin e. American Eagles or Canadian Maple Leafs is affected by many economic factors, including the current market price of Bullion, the perceived scarcity of the Coins and other factors. Some of these factors include the quality, and current demand and general market sentiment. Therefore, because both Bullion and Coins can go down in price as well as up, investing in them may not be suitable for everyone. Because all investments, including Bullion and Coins, can decline in value, you should understand them well, and have adequate cash reserves and disposable income before considering a Bullion or Coin investment. Please consult your financial advisor. APMEX does guarantee that every item that we sell is genuine and that all Precious Metal items do contain the weight, fineness, and purity that we have advertised. However, all investments, of every type, involve some level of risk and Precious Metals are no exception. Like many markets, the Precious Metals market is speculative, and it is unregulated. The value of any Bullion item is generally determined by current spot price of the underlying Precious Metal and by the supply and demand for these particular items. These prices will fluctuate throughout the day while the Precious Metals market is open. If you are considering purchasing Precious Metals as an investment, you should assess the stability of the current market and contact your financial advisor for all advice. Definitions The following terms have the following meanings in these T&C: 1. The term “APMEX” means APMEX, Inc. The term “Bullion” is used to describe (1) Gold, Silver, Platinum or Palladium Coin(s) which closely follow spot prices and have little or no Numismatic value (such as restrikes); and (2) the form in which metal is shaped such as bars, ingots or wafers. The term “Coin(s)” means a stamped piece of metal of a known weight and fineness issued for commerce by a sovereign government. The term “Fair Market Value” means the Fair Market Value of the Product as determined by APMEX, in its reasonable discretion, as of 5:00 p. The term “Numismatic Coin(s)” means a Coin, the price of which depends more in its (their) rarity, condition, dates, and mint marks than on their gold or silver content, if any. The term “Precious Metal” means Gold, Silver and Platinum along with the Platinum group of elements: rhodium, osmium, ruthenium, Palladium and iridium. Precious Metals are characteristically lustrous, ductile, rare and nonreactive. The term “Semi-Numismatic” means a Coin that has both Bullion and Numismatic value. General Absence of Relationship. No other relationship, including, without limitation, any agent-principal relationship, any employee-employer relationship, any franchisee-franchisor relationship, any joint venture relationship or any partnership relationship, between APMEX and you exists. Any action arising out of or relating to these T&C shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of laws principles. (b) Waiver of Jury Trial; Arbitration. If APMEX cannot perform any obligation hereunder as a result of any event that is beyond its control, APMEX’s delay or failure to perform such obligation shall be excused and APMEX shall not be liable for any damages as a result of, or in connection with, such delay or such failure. You shall execute and deliver such other documents and take such other actions as may be reasonably requested by APMEX to carry out your obligations under these T&C. A decision or a failure by APMEX to take action with respect to any non-compliance by you of your obligations to APMEX or to insist upon strict adherence to any term in these T&C, does not affect the ability of APMEX with respect to any other non-compliance by you, and does not waive or limit APMEX’s right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that or any other term, whether of a similar or dissimilar nature. Our in-house numismatist staff assign conditions to all products. The condition assigned to the products is derived from industry-wide standards. Please keep in mind that most images are stock images, and therefore you should not expect to receive the pictured products. Silver products, and some gold as well, may exhibit milk spots, and/or toning, which are normal and do not change the condition described in the listing, nor the value of the product. Coins that are holdered by one of the major grading companies are graded based on the condition they were in at the time of grading. However, at times, coins do tend to develop spotting or toning which are a normal happenstance in coins. Please keep in mind, the appearance of the toning and/or milk spots does not mean that the coin is not the grade specified on the actual slab. In instances where there is a discrepancy where the customer believes to be unjust, please refer to the grading companys guarantee policy. Both NGC and PCGS have a program where they will compensate the owner of the current coin if they believe the coin deserves a lower grade than it had originally received. These bullion products are not certified and therefore will not always be 100% perfect. All sales are final and therefore in cases when a product is offered on a Deal Price, previously locked-in orders for that product will not be subject to price reductions or cancellations. South Africa 1 oz Gold Krugerrand Coin Random Year (Dates Our Choice) BU
South Africa 1 oz Gold Krugerrand Coin – Random Year (Dates Our Choice) – BU. The South African Krugerrand is the most widely owned gold bullion coin in the world, representing 46 million ounces since its introduction in 1967. The purpose of the original issue was to encourage individual ownership of gold, and it must be said that this objective has clearly been met by the Krugerrand. The coins were intended to be used as currency in South Africa, and as such are made of a durable 22k. 9167 alloy of gold and copper. This alloy, known to historians as crown gold due to its use in English gold sovereigns, gives the coins their distinctive rich color and grants them a durability that bullion coins of higher purity often lack. The Krugerrand uniquely has no stated face value: instead, its legal tender value is the bullion value of its gold at the current market price. South African Krugerrands are available in the following denominations: one troy ounce of pure gold, measuring 32.77mm in diameter; one half-ounce, measuring 27.07mm in diameter; one quarter-ounce, measuring 22.06mm in diameter; and, finally, one tenth-ounce, measuring 16.55mm in diameter. The Krugerrand takes its name from the man whose portrait occupies the obverse of the coin: Paul Kruger, the last president of the former South African Republic. The reverse depicts a springbok antelope, one of South Africa&###x2019;s national symbols. At Provident, our primary goal is to make it simple and safe to invest in precious metals. We sell only genuine bullion products sourced directly from the mints that produce them, such as the US Mint, Royal Canadian Mint, Perth Mint, and more. In addition, our inventory holds a unique mix of products that you can only find at Provident. Additionally, our team is committed to offering exceptional customer service at every step of the investing process. You can rest easy knowing that you will get exactly what you ordered each and every time. All packages are fully insured during transit. Will I receive the exact item pictured? All photos are stock and are meant to represent the type and quality of item you will receive. What is spot price? Spot price is the market value of precious metals at a given point in time. How are prices calculated? Nearly all products in our store are priced at a premium or discount to the spot price. As spot price moves up and down throughout the day, so will the price of the product. How often are prices adjusted based on spot price? Similarly, our traders are NOT commissioned. What you see is what you get. Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis. Is there a minimum order? There is no minimum order. Can I change my order once it has been placed? No changes can be made to the items included in an order once it has been placed, but a subsequent order can be placed. Yes, you can apply those monies at checkout. Will my order be insured? First off, we are sorry this happened. That said, it does happen, but we will make it right.
