Montana’s Most Trusted Name in Metals for Almost 50 Years! This is a wholly unique piece- we’ve never seen anything like it. It is made entirely out of 14k yellow gold. This includes both the bracelet and the coin holder. The bracelet itself is 10 inches long, not including the bail for the coin holder. The coin holder fits U. The bracelet and charm together hang down a little ways, so the charm can be held comfortably in your hand. When this was made, you could carry around some pretty significant purchasing power in the amount of gold coins it could hold. This was an impressive piece for a very wealthy individual. That individual having the initials H. _ That last initial is a bit difficult to decipher. J or S perhaps. As for the exact year this was made, we can only narrow it down marginally. Since the US went off the gold standard in 1933, it wouldn’t make sense for the coin holder to have been made after that point. As such, we can narrow down the time that this could have been made from 1896 to 1932. While the piece is generally in pretty phenomenal condition, it does look like someone scratched the inside of the charm lid in a couple places probably trying to see if it was plated. But those scratches are hidden well out of place and would almost never been seen. All in all, this is a truly stunning accessory, and we are more than confident it will make for a stunning addition to your collection.
