Corum Men’s $20 Liberty Head Double Eagle Coin Solid Gold Wristwatch with Box
For sale is a very nice Corum coin watch with it’s original inner and outer box. The coin is dated 1900 and shows some light scratches. The movement, made by ETA, is a caliber 959.001 and is marked Corum with a serial number of 208355. The battery was recently replaced. Watch runs and keeps time. Case back mark suggests the watch was serviced in 2009. The case and fixed bracelet are marked 18k gold. Case features a coin edge and hour marks around the bezel. The gold crown has a diamond set in the top of it. Bracelet is in good condition and features a brushed/textured finish. From end to end the watch measures about 19 cm (7 1/2 in). Excluding the crown, the case measures about 36 mm across. In total, the watch weighs about 103 grams (3 5/8 oz). The inner box is in very nice condition and the outer box shows some creasing to a couple of the corners but is in overall good condition. Please review all of the photos carefully. We only sell 100% AUTHENTIC items. This is an opulent style wristwatch with flip open case operated by a button located at 3 oclock. To compliment the front and back of the coin, the watch case was made into a coin-edged style and this particular example has a pair of scarcely-seen horizontal bar-style lugs. Even the buckle is 18K solid gold Corum. Condition-wise the watch winds, runs and keeps good time but as we have not had it serviced we do not guarantee timekeeping accuracy or longevity. Cosmetically the watch is in generally good condition. The front coin cover has a slight crease/fold at where the hinge is located underneath (left to the nose/mouth of Lady Liberty bust). It was probably caused by over-extending the cover when opening by a previous owner. Rest of the watch is in very good shape without much complaint. Diameter is 34.5mm, 18K solid gold buckle is original Corum and the strap is aftermarket. No box or paperwork, guaranteed 100% original.
